The policy of Nelden Industry is to guarantee the best considering the material utilized to build the machineries for a long life use but we also knows the importance to guarantee to our clients an efficient after sale service; for this reason our qualified staff will be always available to offer the appropriate advice ( by phone or if necessary directly nearby the client ).
SPARE PARTS
The score for Nelden Industry is to offer a final product that considering the material selected to build the machineries reduce at the minimum the needs to have spare parts and consequentially makes easy the maintenance; however our warehouse will be always available to supply any of the spare parts requested reported to the type of machine sold.
OVERHOUL
Considering the natural usury of the mechanical parts of the machineries, nelden industry offer to it’s clients a complete program of overhaul made by it’s own technicians and besides offer the possibility to convert used machine.
we consider a normal overhaul the substitution of worned parts while convert means example to modify a monobloc projected to fill glass bottles in a monobloc able to fill pet bottles. it’s important for us that the final result please to the expectation of the customer reported to quality and price bided.
TRIALS LABORATORY
Nelden Industry has an own sector where specialized technicians makes trials to test the efficiency of the own filling valves reported of the products to be filled;
The score is to :
- Develop new technologies reported to the filling valves through a complete study of the funcionallity (important to value the fluid mechanics and the sanitization of the parts involved in the fill process .
- Simulate the effective condition of the fill process ( pressure, temperature and gasification ) to help to optimize the filling valve reported to the product that has to be filled and guarantee the maximum productivity with minor stress as possible for the liquid filled on the trial benches are installed the same equipments and the same controls systems utilized on the monoblocs to permit to follow as possible the real works condition.
