Rinser
The rotary turret Rinser or Blower guarantee the complete internal cleanliness of the bottle and it’s built entirely in stainless steel AISI 304 while the parts that are in contact with the detergent product can be built with stainless steel AISI 306.
The rinser is available in 2 configuration like : fix or movable nozzle and the type of treatment can be single ( single hype of detergent or water ) or double ( detergent + air or water or so2).
1) Using a system of transfer movement ( worm screw and stars ) the bottle is picked from the conveyor belt by a pincer that grab the bottle on the neck and overturn it of 180 degrees ; the bottle is upside down and centred in correspondence to the nozzle of injection.
2) After the phase of injection ( flushing )the next step is the phase of blow to avoid residual drops on the neck of the bottle; the phase is ended when the pincer release the bottle putting it on the star that will bring the bottle on the belt conveyor on direction of the filler.
3) The system of this machine is made to permit to avoid the flush (injection phase) on correspondence of the pincers without bottle. ( no bottle no spray).
4) The rotary parts ( carousel – stars – worm screw ) has a special clutch ( with orbs ) that step in when the effort of the rotation ,caused by a bad positioning of the bottles inside the equpment used, is excessive.this clutche has a sensor that will stopped completely the machine till the system is re established to work proprially .

Filler
The fillers are equiped with different filling valves projected, on reference of the different types of liquid to fill.
The technological concept utilized to build the filling valves permit to obtain high performances and accurate precision of level with the result to guarantee a fast fill process without foam.
The choose of the material ( stainless steel AISI 304 ) is the guarantee of an optimal condition of sanitization and sterility of the system.
The filling valves are available in two versions mechanical and electronic ( see the detailed description of the 2 mono blocs “Giove” and “Urano” )
Crowner
The types of crowners available are :
mono head for low production speed
multi heads for medium – high speed
our crowners are indicated to plug with:
- Standard cork
- Head Cork
- Plastic cap pre-threaded
- Alluminium screw top
- T crown
- Possibility to customize
The supply of the cap (crown ) is offered in 3 different systems depending the type of plug utilized and the production speed requested and they are :
- Centrifugal feeder
- Pit feeder
- Vibration feeder
All the versions are completely built in stainless steel AISI 304

- Deionizer group and dust exhaust fan
- UV lamps on the infeed channel
