Suitable for work with glass and PET bottles
Use a URANO series machine with special execution, in order to be installed on truck
The filler is equipped with the new filling valve electronically controlled by electropneumatic commands
The plant is complete with labeller / capper, closing machines tape
In addition to bottling line, a wine filtration system is installed (cartridge filters and animation) and an automatic CIP system with 3 tanks
Are provided also the service Plants, filtration water heating boiler, compressed air supply, autonomous power generation
The function is managed by just two operators
Pasteurizer with Irrigation System
Tunnel pasteurizer with Standard production capacity range from 1.ooo bph up to 50.000 bph.
Tunnel pasteurizers for Soft drinks, juices , beer and wine.
The whole process of pasteurization is fully automatized, temperature regimes are maintained automatically. The pasteurizer has an alarm system; also there are all protections means to switch the pasteurizer off in case of breakdown, emergency situation, etc.
Conveyors for Management of Lines
Complete range of conveyors, devider, elevators, dry tunnel solution and accumulations for bottles, bundles and boxes
