Monoblocs URANO gather in a single machine the functions of rinsing, isobaric filling in a nitrogen atmosphere for sparkling and still products, capping for all types of cap.
The URANO series is suitable to treat glass and PET bottles, cylindrical and shaped with outputs ranging from 1,500 up to 35,000 pcs / h.
The particular filling valve isobaric (PDL) has been studied to ensure a high productivity and precision of leveling the product inside the bottle. It has paid particular attention to the realization of the internal components of the valve in order to ensure an optimum level of sterility and maximum possibility of sanitization. For this reason, the mechanism is entirely made of AISI 304 and the sealing gaskets made of EPDM rubber.
For further sterility assurance, the control springs of the flattening buttons are external to the valve, and therefore not in contact with the product.
This valve is available in three different models:
With only the flattening circuit (Sniff)
With circuits of pre-evacuation air or autoleveller and sniff
With circuits of pre-evacuation neck from air, nitrogen injection, autoleveller and sniff
In order to make the filling valve isobaric more “flexible” as much as possible and adaptable to large-scale production in terms of small batches of valuable product, the technical staff of the Nelden Industry has created a new type of electronic type valve.
The EPN valve utilizes the principles of operation of a conventional isobaric, however, by disengaging the mechanical movements limits and relying on the speed of pneumatic systems for the management of various filling phases.

Filling Valves
Isobaric mechanical Filling valve , suitable to working with counter-pressure up to 6 bar (standard model) or higher (on request)
Completely made of stainless steel AISI 304 / 316L with external springs and the number of inner seals extremely reduced to guarantee maximum sterility and aseptic
The level adjustment duct is equipped with quick connect system for easy and quick replacement
The geometry of the internal components is designed not to create shock to the product and to drain any trace of liquid during the steps of CIP
An automatic system of anti-burst that immediately closes the valve in case of breakage of the bottle with washing nozzles to remove glass fragments
All configurations can include the “centering mobile” system that avoids the collision between the bottle and the filling duct and stabilizes the bottle during the transfer at high speeds.
